Annual Report and Commencement of Phase Two exploration

Timpetr a Resource s Limited (“Timpetra”) is pleased to r elease its m aiden Annu a l report for the year ended 3 0 June 201 1 . Timpetra is in a solid f inancial po s ition on whi c h to base it s forward e x ploration progra m . Cash on hand at 30 J une 2011 w as $7,879, 3 61 with no d ebt. The C ompany m a intains a low ove r head struct u re with a conservative v iew on cash expenditure.

The se c ond stage e x ploration p r ogram com m enced tod a y with an in i tial three h o le drill program. The results from the f irst stage of explora t ion, in pa r ticular LO D T004, sug g est that e conomic minerali s ation could be encount e red in the a nticlines ide n tified.Thes e anticlines h ave been t a rgeted in Phase T wo of expl o ration with a two stag e drilling pro g ram, the fi r st involving drilling three wedge holes fr o m the 723 metre long LODT004. The secon d stage of this program w ill be bas e d on the results o f this first st a ge, but the Company e n visions ste p -out drilling of 100 metr e s to the No r th to test the strik e potential of the identifi e d mineralis e d structure s .
