Murray Cod Australia Limited ( the Company ) is convening its Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held on Friday 19 November 2021 at 2pm AEDT ( Meeting ) at Griffith Ex Services Club, Jondaryan Avenue, Griffith NSW 2680.

Please note that COVID-19 related precautionary measures may be imposed on attendance, including limiting or refusing entry to the Meeting.

In accordance with Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021, the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting ( NOM ) unless a shareholder has requested a hard copy (after the date of this letter) by 29 October 2021. Instead, a copy of the NOM can be viewed and downloaded online at the following link:
