Munters has now completed the divestment of division MCS to Triton

On 30 June 2010, Munters AB (publ) ("Munters") disclosed that it had signed an agreement to divest division MCS to Triton, and that the transaction was expected to be completed during Quarter 3, 2010.

On 27 August 2010, Munters disclosed that necessary approval from the relevant competition authorities had been obtained on conditions acceptable for the parties and that Munters had fulfilled its obligation to inform and consult with relevant employee representative bodies in countries where so required.

The divestment of division MCS has now been completed in accordance with previously communicated conditions.
