Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our intimation letter dated November 2, 2021 regarding meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, we wish to intimate that the board meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2021 is rescheduled to Friday, November 12, 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are also publishing the notice of the rescheduled meeting in one English language national daily and in one daily newspaper published in the language, where the registered office of the company is situated.
