Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 13[th] November 2024 take into consideration the following:

1. Cessation of Director: Mr. C R Sasi (DIN No. 06752354) ceases to be Independent Director of the Company with effect from September 18, 2024.

2. Sale of land and Building: Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has acquired the property of Munoth Communication Limited being located at Thiru-Vi-Ka Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai-600006, measuring building -479 sq.ft with an UDS of 192 sq.ft vide Notice No.017 of 2018 dated 10.10.2024 received from the Revenue department . The settlement process will be completed in a couple of week.
