Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. N Selvam , Practicing Company Secretary (COP No 4858 ) has resigned as “Secretarial Auditor” of the Company for the financial year 202122 due to peer review guidelines for listed entities made effective from 1[st] April 2022 and it was earlier understood that PEER review provision is applicable for secretarial Audits undertaken on or after 1[st] April 2022, however it has been clarified that it is applicable for any certificates signed after 1[st] April 2022.

Please find enclosed herewith the resignation letter received from Mr. N Selvam

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 2, 2022 has

1. Noted the resignation of Mr. N Selvam, the secretarial auditor of the Company as he is not entitled to certify the secretarial audit report for financial year 2021-2022, due to peer review guidelines issued for Practicing Company Secretaries.

2. Appointed Mr. V Ramasubramanian ( cop : 11325 and Peer Review Certificate No: 1579 / 2021) as Secretarial auditor of the Company to do the secretarial audit for the financial year 2021-22
