कोरोना महामारी ने घर खरीदारों के सामने सस्ते घर (40 लाख रुपये से कम कीमत) के विकल्प को कम कर दिया है। एनारॉक प्रॉपर्टी कंसल्टेंटस की रिपोर्ट से यह जानकारी मिली है।

स्टील बनाने वाली कंपनियों ने कीमतों में बड़ी बढ़ोतरी की है। कोरोना के बाद से रियल एस्टेट में इस्तेमाल होने वाला अधिकांश कच्चा माल में अचानक से उछाल आया है।

इसका बुरा असर रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर पर पड़ा है। इससे रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर्स के लिए अफोर्डेबल प्रोजेक्ट बनाना मुश्किल हो गया है। इसके चलते

डेवलपर्स अफोर्डेबल प्रोजेक्ट लॉन्च करने से बच रहे हैं जिससे सस्ते घरों की आपूर्ति घटी है। वहीं, सिग्नेचर ग्लोबल के चेयरमैन, प्रदीप अग्रवाल ने बताया कि बड़े फ्लोर की मांग पूरा करने के लिए रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर राज्यों की नई हाउसिंग पॉलिसी पर फोकस कर रहे है जो कि 170 स्क्वायर यार्ड तक यनिट साइज को प्रोत्साहित करता है।

अस्थाई कर्मियों को भी ऊंचा ज्यादा वेतन

रिपोर्ट के मताबिक कंपनियां अब अस्थाई कर्मियों को भी अधिक वेतन देने को तैयार हैं। पिछले वित्त वर्ष में नियमित और अस्थाई कर्मचारियों के वेतन में अंतर घटकर महज पांच फीसदी रह गया। ऐसा पहली बार हआ है जब नियमित और अस्थाई कर्मचारियों के वेतन में अंतर इतना कम है। ऑमतौर पर कंपनियां अस्थाई कर्मचारियों को कम वेतन देती हैं। लेकिन कोरोना संकट में कंपनियां कम समय के लिए काम के लिए अधिक वेतन चुकाने को तैयार हैं।

इन क्षेत्रों में वृद्धि तेज

बैंकिंग, वित्तीय सेवा एवं बीमा और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल, विनिर्माण से जडे क्षेत्रों के कारोबार में सुधार भी बहुत तेजी से हो रहा है। टेलीकॉम क्षेत्र में भी वृद्धि तेज रही है। आईटी, ई-कॉमर्स, एजकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल ऐसे क्षेत्र हैं जिन पर कोरोना का असर बहुत कम हुआ है।

फोर्ड ने फिगो के दो नए स्वचालित संस्करण उतारे

नई दिल्ली। वाहन विनिर्माता कंपनी फोर्ड इंडिया ने बहस्पतिवार को अपने हैचबैक वाहन फिगो के स्वचालित ( ऑटोमैटिक ) ट्रांसमिशन वाले दो नए संस्करण पेश किए। दिल्ली में इनकी शोरूम कीमत 7.75 लाख रुपये और 8.2 लाख रुपये रखी गई है। कंपनी ने एक बयान में कहा कि फिगो एटी के टाइटेनियम और टिटेनियम प्लस ट्रिम्स स्वचालित ट्रांसमिशन के साथ के साथ छह स्पीड व टॉर्क परिवर्त्तक स्वचालित ट्रांसमिशन प्रणाली से लैस हैं।

एयरटेल ने नया पोस्टपेड प्लान महंगा किया

नई दिल्ली। प्रमख दरसंचार कंपनी भारती एयरटेल ने अपने कॉर्पोरेट पॉसिपेड प्लान की भुगतान राशि बढ़ाकर 299 रुपये कर दी जिसमे कुछ अतिरिक्त डाटा भी दिया जाएगा। एयरटेल ने अपनी औसत आय बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से खुदरा पोस्टपेड योजना में भी बदलाव किया है। एयरटेल ने बताया कि उसका पोस्टपेड प्लान अब 299 रुपये से शुरू होगा और 30 जीबी इंटरनेट दिया जाएगा जबकि इससे पहले 10 जीबी इंटरनेट दिया जाता था।

नई दिल्ली। उच्चतम न्यायालय में वस्तु एवं सेवा। कर (जीएसटी) अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण के गठन की मांग करते हुए एक याचिका दायर की गई है। याचिका पर जल्द सुनवाई होने की उम्मीद है। इसमें कहा गया है कि केंद्रीय वस्तु एवं सेवा अधिनियम के अस्तित्व में आने के चार साल बाद भी न्यायाधिकरण का गठन नहीं किया गया है। याचिका में दावा किया गया है कि अधिकरण की अनुपस्थिति में नागरिक संबंधित उच्च न्यायालयों

में खटखटाने के लिए विवश हैं और इससे उच्च

न्यायालयों पर भी काम का बोझ बढ़ा है।

रिफंड से ही जुडी होती हैं । अप्रैल में रिफंड को लेकर 76 फीसदी शिकायतें आईं। वहीं मई में ये 54 और जून में 52 फीसदी पर अटकी हुई हैं।

से 18 फीसदी रद हुई उड़ानों की कैटेगरी तय नहीं है। हालांकि मई के मुकाबले कैंसिलेशन के कुल मामले जरूर घटे हैं। मई में कैंसिलेशन दर साढे सात फीसदी थी जो जून में घटकर तीन फीसदी के करीब पहुंच गई है।

हवाई यात्रियों की संख्या तेजी से बढ़ने लगी : मई से से तुलना की जाए तो हवाई यात्रियों की संख्या 21.15 लाख से बढ़कर जून में कुल 31.13 लाख पर पहुंच गई है। वहीं पिछले साल के शुरुआती 6 महीने की तुलना में भी अंतर सिर्फ 2.4 फीसदी का ही बचा है। आने वाले समय में और तेज सुधार की उम्मीद है।

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के डिप्टी गवर्नर टी रवि शंकर ने बहस्पतिवार को कहा कि आरबीआई अपनी खूद की डिजिटल मुद्रा चरणबद्ध तरीके से क्रियान्वित करने की रणनीति पर काम कर रहा है और इसे पायलट आधार पर थोक तथा खुदरा क्षेत्रों में पेश करने की प्रक्रिया में है।

उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्रीय बैंक डिजिटल मुद्रा ( सीबीडीसी ) को लेकर सोच- विचार काफी आगे बढ़ चुका है और दुनिया के कई केंद्रीय बैंक इस

संदर्भ में काम कर रहे हैं।शंकर ने कहा कि सीबीडीसी के तहत उपभोक्ताओं को उन कुछ डिजिटल मुद्राओं में देखी गई अस्थिरता के भयावह स्तर से बचाने की आवश्यकता है, जिन्हें कोई सरकारी गारंटी प्राप्त नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि विभिन्न देशों के केंद्रीय बैंक सीबीडीसी की संभावना तलाशने में लगे हैं और कुछ देश इस प्रकार की धारणा पेश की है। उन्होंने विधि सेंटर फॉर लीगल पॉलिसी के ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम के दौरान चर्चा में भाग लेते हुए कहा कि संभवतः सीबीडीसी को लेकर विचार क्रियान्वयन के करीब है।

(आ) डीमैटेरियलाइज्ड तौर पर, भौतिक तौर पर शेयरों की प्रतिरक्षा करने वाले तथा जिन सदस्यों ने अपना ईमेल पता पंजीकृत नहीं कराया है, उन्हें रिमोट ई-वोटिंग तथा एजीएम के दौरान ई-वोटिंग की प्रक्रिया एजीएम की सूचना में प्रदान की जाएगी। रिमोट ई-वोटिंग की अवधि 22 अगस्त, 2021 को प्रातः 9:00 बजे से आरम्भ होगी एवं 24 अगस्त, 2021 को सायं 5:00 बजे समाप्त होगी। यह विवरण कम्पनी की वेबसाइट www.munjalshowa.net पर भी उपलब्ध होगा।
(इ) एजीएम में ई-वोटिंग की सुविधा एजीएम में भाग लेने वाले उन सदस्यों के लिए उपलब्ध होगी जिन्होंने रिमोट ई-वोटिंग द्वारा अपना वोट नहीं डाला हो।
लामांश और उसके मुगतान हेतू रिकॉर्ड तिथिः
(अ) कम्पनी ने 31 मार्च, 2021 को समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष हेतु कम्पनी के निदेशक मंडल द्वारा अनुशंसित लाभांश के लिए सदस्यों की पात्रता निर्धारित करने हेतु शुक्रवार, 13 अगस्त, 2021 को 'रिकॉर्ड तिथि' के रूप में निर्धारित किया है।
(आ) इसके अतिरिक्त, कम्पनी की वार्षिक आम बैठक के उद्देश्य से कम्पनी के सदस्यों का रजिस्टर एवं शेयर अंतरण पुस्तकें शनिवार, 14 अगस्त, 2021 से बुधवार, 25 अगस्त, 2021 (दोनों दिन शामिल) तक बंद रहेंगे।
(इ) उक्त लाभांश का भुगतान अथवा लाभांश वारंट का प्रेषण बृहस्पतिवार, 23 सितम्बर, 2021 को या उससे पूर्व किया जाएगा।
(ई) प्रासंगिक परिपत्रों के अनुसार, लाभांश का भुगतान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड के माध्यम से उन सदस्यों को किया जाएगा जिन्होंने अपने बैंक खाते का विवरण अद्यतन किया है। जिन सदस्यों ने अपने बैंक खाते का विवरण अद्यतन नहीं किया है, उनके पंजीकृत पते पर लामांश वारंट/डिमांड ड्राफ्ट भेजे जाएंगे।
(उ) सदस्य ध्यान दें कि आयकर अधिनियम, 1961, वित्त अधिनियम, 2020 द्वारा संशोधित, के अधिदेशानुदार 1 अप्रैल, 2020 के बाद किसी कम्पनी द्वारा भुगतान या वितरित लामांश सदस्यों के हाथ में कर योग्य होगा। अतः, कम्पनी लाभांश का भुगतान करते समय स्रोत पर कर (टीडीएस) व्यवकलित करेगी। उपयुक्त टीडीएस दर, जैसा लागू हो, निर्धारित करने में हमें सक्षम बनाने हेतु, सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दस्तावेज जमा करें। अधिक जानकारी के लिए कृपया एजीएम की सूचना के नोट्स देखें।
लामांश प्राप्त करने अधिदेश दर्ज करने की प्रक्रियाः
(अ) डीमैटेरियलाइज्ड तौर पर शेयर प्रतिरक्षित करने वाले सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने संबंधित डीपी के साथ बैंक खाते के विवरण को पंजीकृत/अद्यतन करें।
