Top lenders buy stake in new fintech firm IBBIC

otak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank have picked up stake in a newly incorporated fintech firm IBBIC Pvt, Ltd (BBIC), they said on Tuesday.

ICICI Bank picked up 5.44%, while Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank have each picked up 5.55% stake in the fintech firm.

Thenewcompany, set up by 18 banks in India, will use blockchain technology for processing inland letters of credit (LCs), with equal shareholding.

IBBICisa financial technology company with an objective of providing a platform for exploring, building andimplementing distributed ledger technology solutions for the Indian financial services sector, the banks said in separate filings to exchanges.

The banks that set up IBBIC include RBL Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank, South Indian Bank, Federal Bank, IDFC First Bank, State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, IDBI Bank, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, and Standard Chartered. Each bank will invest 75 crore in the company, making the total capital 75 crore.

Harpic reported double-digit growth in revenue in India in the period. "Harpic grew as aresult of continued penetration increases in key markets such as India where revenue wasup in double digits," the company said as it announced its half yearly and second quarter results on Tues-

day. Harpic falls under the company's hygiene portfolio, which also includes brandssuch as Lysol, Air Wick, and Vanish. Net revenues within the hygiene segment grew 18.0% on a like-for-like basisin the six-month period. This was driven largely by North America and, to some extent, India, Reckitt said ofits portfolio.

On agroup basis, Reckitt's net revenue wasup 1.5% growth ona like-for-like basis in the first halfof 2021.

चालू खरीफ सीजन में दालों की बुआई में कमी आई है। कृषि मंत्रालय की तरफ से जारी सरकारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक 23 जुलाई तक देशभर में करीब 8.73 मिलियन हेक्टेयर हेक्टेयर रकबे में दालों की बवाई की गई है। पिछले साल इसी अवधि तक दालों का बुआई रकबा 9.72 मिलियन हेक्टेयर के आसपास था। यानी यह बीते साल के मुकाबले 10 फीसदी कम है। वहीं, खरीफ सीजन 2021-22 में दालों का रकबा

13.18 मिलियन हेक्टेयर था जबकि उत्पादन 8.5 मिलियन टन था। रकबा कम होने से त्योहारी सीजन में दालों की कीमत में बढोतरी हो सकती है जो महंगाई का बोझ बढाएगी।

कृषि क्षेत्र से जुड़े एक अधिकारी के मुताबिक, पिछले साल की उत्पादकता को देखते हुए, उत्पादन लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने के लिए बुवाई क्षेत्र का रकबा 1.5 मिलियन हेक्टेयर बद्धाना होगा। हालांकि, यह लक्ष्य पाना अब मश्किल है। कृषि विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि दलहल का रकबा बढाने के लिए किसानों को और प्रोत्साहन दिया जाना चाहिए। अगर इनका रकबा कम रहा तो इनकी खुदरा कीमतें और बढ़ सकती हैं।

प्रमुख राज्यों में बुआई प्रभावित

राजस्थान, मध्यप्रदेश और महाराष्ट जैसे प्रमुख दाल उत्पादक राज्यों में इस साल दाल की बुआई मानसून में देरी से प्रभावित हुई है। राजस्थान में मानसूनी बारिश 20% कम हुई है। इसके चलते राजस्थान में अब तक करीब 9 लाख हेक्टेयर में दलहन की बुआई हुई है। गौरतलब है कि थोक मल्य संचकांक में दालों का भारांक 0.64% और खुदरा मूल्य सूचकांक में २ .९५% है । दालों की थोक महंगाई जून में 11.49% तक कम हो गई, जो पिछले महीने में 12.09% थी।

गजरात हरियाणा राजस्थान पॅजाब, मध्य प्रदेश और उत्तर प्रदेश में भी कम बारिश दर्ज की गई है। इसका खरीफ सीजन की फसलें की बुवाई पर असर पड़ा है, इन राज्यों ने धान, दाल, मोटे अनाज. अधिक हैं । ऐसे में त्योहारी सीजन में कपास, तिलहन और जूट जैसी महंगाई और भडक सकती है। फसलों की कम बुवाई सूचना दी है ।

म्यचअल फंड स्कीम में निवेश करने वाले निवेशकों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। बाजार नियामक सेबी ने म्यचअल फंड कंपनियों को एक इंटिग्रेटेड कॉमन प्लेटफॉर्म लॉन्च करने का निर्देश दिया है।

इस प्लेटफॉर्म को शुरू हो जाने के बाद एक ही प्लेटफॉर्म पर सभी स्कीम की खरीद-फरोख्त व निवेश कर पाएंगे। सेबी ने म्यूचुअल फंड कंपनियों को मिलकर 31 दिसंबर तक नया प्लेटफॉर्म लॉन्च करने का निर्देश दिया है।

ई दिल्ली। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण से मंगलवार को संसद को बताया कि 31 मार्च, 2021 के अंत में जानबुझकर कर्ज लौटाने में चुक करने वाले की संख्या 2.208 से बढकर 2,494 हो गई है।

सीतारमण ने राज्यसभा को एक लिखित उत्तर में कहा कि पिछले तीन वित्त वर्ष के दौरान एनपीए और बटटे खाते में डाले गए ऋणों में 3.12.987 करोड़ रुपये की वसूली की गई है।

• सदस्य नोट कर सकते हैं कि: (i) रिमोट ई—वोटिंग मॉड्यूल को उपरोक्त बिंदू 'ग' में उल्लिखित तिथि और समय के उपरान्त मतदान हेतु निष्क्रिय कर दिया जाएगाय (ii) किसी सदस्य द्वारा प्रस्ताव पर एक बार वोट दिए जाने के पश्चात, सदस्य को तदनंतर इसे बदलने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगीय (iii) इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग प्रणाली के माध्यम से मतदान की सुविधा एजीएम में उपलब्ध कराई जाएगीय (iv) जिन सदस्यों ने एजीएम से पहले रिमोट ई—वोटिंग द्वारा अपना वोट डाल दिया है, वे भी एजीएम में सम्मिलित हो सकते हैं, परन्तु बैठक में पुनः अपना वोट डालने हेतु अधिकृत नहीं होंगेय तथा (v) वह व्यक्ति जिसका नाम सदस्यों के रजिस्टर में अथवा डिपॉजिटरी द्वारा अनुरक्षित लाभार्थियों के रजिस्टर में कट-ऑफ तिथि के अनुसार दर्ज हो, केवल वही रिमोट ई-वोटिंग अथवा एजीएम में वोटिंग की सुविधा प्राप्त करने हेतु अधिकृत होगा।
• छ) भौतिक तौर पर अथवा डीमैटेरियलाइज्ड तौर पर शेयर रखने वाले सदस्यों एवं जिन्होंने अपना ईमेल पता कम्पनी/ डिपॉजिटरी प्रतिभागी के साथ पंजीकृत नहीं कराया है, हेतु रिमोट ई-वोटिंग तथा एजीएम में वोटिंग की प्रणाली एजीएम की सूचना में दी गई है तथा कम्पनी की वेबसाइट www.munjalshowa.net पर उपलब्ध है।
• ज) भौतिक तौर पर शेयर रखने वाले सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे रजिस्ट्रार व शेयर ट्रांसफर एजेंट (आरटीए) को फोलियो संख्या के विवरण सहित पैन कार्ड की एक स्व-सत्यापित प्रति संग्लन कर helpdeskdelhi@mcsregistrars.com पर अनुरोध लिखकर अपना ईमेल पता पंजीकृत करायें। डीमैटेरियलाइज्ड तौर पर शेयर रखने वाले सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने संबंधित डिपॉजिटरी प्रतिभागियों के साथ ईमेल आईडी रजिस्टर/अपडेट करायें।
