Preliminaryinformation on the Issuer's revenues on the Nintendo Switch platform inDecember 2022Withreference to the ESPI current report No. 24/2022 of December 20, 2022,the Management Boardof No Gravity Games S.A.withits registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Issuer_quot;) informs that according todataobtained from the Nintendo Switch platform operator, the Issuer'srevenues from the sale of games on the Nintendo Switch platform inDecember 2022 amounted to EUR 180,979.99 (i.e. approx. PLN 852,000),alreadyafterdeducting the commission payable to the operator of the Nintendo Switchplatform. The Issuer indicates that these revenues will be significantfor the Issuer's results for the 4th quarter of 2022 and for the entireyear 2022. In particular, the Issuer's revenues for only the 4th quarterof 2022 should be similar to the Issuer's total revenues for the threeprevious quarters of 2022. The Issuer points out that the Issuer'srevenues from the sale of games on the Nintendo Switch platform inDecember 2021 were lower by over 50%. The Issuer indicates that such asignificant increase in revenues is the result not only of the successof the promotional campaign _quot;12 Games of Christmas Giveaway!_quot;, referredto in the current ESPI report No. 24/2022, but above all, it is theresult of the continuous development of the Issuer's competences as agame publisheronthe Nintendo Switch platform.Thisconstant increase in competence should translate into the Issuer'sresults also in 2023 and subsequent years.
