Multistack announces share placement

Further to announcement dated 7 Oct 2021, Multistack International Limited (ASX: MSI) ( Multistack or the Company ) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed

• Tranche 1 which involved the immediate subscription by Jin Qiao for 16,845,000 ordinary shares – these shares are issued within the Company's 15% capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1
