Multistack announces share placement

Further to announcement dated 7 October 2021 relating to share placement and announcement relating to result of general meeting held on 17 November 2021, Multistack International Limited (ASX: MSI) ( Multistack or the Company ) is pleased to announce that,

The Company has now completed

• Tranche 2 - the issue of the remaining 7,155,000 ordinary shares to Jin Qiao - the issue of these shares was approved under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 at the abovementioned meeting.
