ASX Announcement – Change of Auditor
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Multistack International Limited (ASX: MSI) advises that:

With the consent of Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), Pitcher Partners has resigned as the auditor of the Company in accordance with sections 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act); and

Nexia Melbourne Audit Pty Ltd (Nexia), a related entity of Nexia Australia, has been appointed by the Directors as the auditor of the Company in accordance with sections 327C(1) of the Corporations Act. Nexia will hold office as auditor of the Company until the next annual general meeting of the Company which is expected to be held in May 2022.

The reason for the change in auditor is that, with the Company's acquisition of the Organic Rankine Cycle technology and its proposed commercialisation of that technology, Pitcher Partners no longer believes the Company meets its internal criteria for the continuation of its role as auditor. Accordingly, following a competitive tender process, the Company has moved to appoint Nexia as its auditor.
