MULTISTACK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

(ABN 54 007 254 346)

Twenty-fourth Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 19 May 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of Minter Ellison, Level 23, Rialto South Tower, 525 Collins St. Melbourne

Chairman’s Address at AGM on 19 May 2014

Total consolidated revenue from continuing activities in 2013 increased by 7.03% to $1,748,465. The increase in revenue was mainly due to income from investment in the financial instruments. The consolidated loss for the year from continuing operations for the period attributable to members was $267,246 (2012: $608,967).

The trading entity, DunnAir International Limited has incurred losses. The joint venture (JV) DunnAir (Aust) Pty Ltd has made some provisions in stock obsolescence and doubtful debts hence has also incurred losses for the year ending 31 December 2013. Both Dunnair International Ltd and the joint venture Dunnair (Aust) Pty Ltd have experienced keen competition in the industry; the weakening of the Australian dollar has also reduced the margin for imports from China.

The Directors are continuing to review the various opportunities for the Group and have been actively identifying potential investment opportunities in both the People’s Republic of China as well as in Australia.

During the year, the loan of RMB 3,500,000 to Mr Yuan Nong for the purpose of assessing an investment opportunity in a mining project in the People’s Republic of China has been fully repaid, including interest that had accrued over the term of the loan.
