Müller – Die lila Logistik AG sells joint venture shareholdings to VEDES

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Besigheim, 23 May 2005 – The co-operation in joint venture under the name Vedes-Müller Logistik GmbH will be discontinued. The previous partners, Müller – Die lila Logistik AG and the VEDES group, decided in mutual agreement not to maintain the joint venture due to the changed framework conditions. Against the background of significantly reduced sales expectations of the joint venture for the current and the coming fiscal year, the necessary income targets cannot be reached. With effect from 01 April 2005, VEDES Logistik GmbH has continued the company and the logistics handling autarkically as the only partner of Vedes-Müller Logistik GmbH. As a result of this change regarding the group of consolidated companies of Müller – Die lila Logistik AG, sales expectations for the current fiscal year are now 74 million EUR, and the forecast for the net profit for the fiscal year 2005 is adjusted to a range of 700 kEUR to 800 kEUR.
