Besigheim, 10 March 2008 – Müller - Die lila Logistik AG transacted the
planned sale of its real estate at its headquarters in Baden-Württemberg in
January 2008. The effects from this transaction which were originally
planned for 2007, the reduction of liabilities by approx. 9 million € as
well as the proceeds of 4.6 million € will influence the financial results
in the first quarter of 2008. Group earnings before taxes on income for the
fiscal year 2007 will be 1,246 k€, group earnings after income on taxes
will amount to 942 k€.
