Besigheim, 7 May 2008 – In the first quarter of 2008, Müller - Die lila
Logistik AG posted operating earnings of k€ 5,450. This amount includes as
planned a special effect from the sale of real estate at Besigheim of about
k€ 4,500 as well as an operating result of about k€ 950. Business
operations in the current fiscal year have started well with sales coming
to approx. 22.5 million euros.

Müller – Die lila Logistik AG has come to an agreement with TKS
Unternehmens-beratung und Industrieplanung GmbH (TKS) on a consensual
separation. The cash flow as a result of the sale of the shares in TKS
which contributes to a further reduction of debts amounts to k€ 800, while
the book loss is 1 million euros which will affect results in the balance
sheet of the second quarter. All other disputes have been settled in full
out of court.
