Besigheim, 29 March 2007 – In the financial year 2006, Müller – Die lila
Logistik AG recorded a two-digit organic growth rate and increased sales
revenues by 11.5 per cent (equivalent to 8,359 k€) to 80,750 k€ (previous
year: 72,391 k€). As a result, the sales revenues of the Lila Logistik
Group exceeded the 80 million Euro level for the very first time. The
Group’s an-nual net profit of 2,897 k€ (previous year 1,363 k€) also
included special effects due to real estate transactions. Earnings per
share went up from 17 Euro cents to 37 Euro cents.

As a result of the reduction of the balance sheet total to 40,420 k€
(previ-ous year 43,285 k€) and the equity increase to 13,869 k€ (previous
year 10,963 k€), the equity quota of Müller - Die lila Logistik AG improved
9 per-centage points to 34.3 % (previous year: 25.3 %).

For the current financial year 2007, Müller - Die lila Logistik AG expects
a slight increase in sales revenues as well as increased profits taking
into account the special effects from the real estate transactions.

Development of the LILA business segments
The planning and consulting segment (Logistics Design) of Müller - Die lila
Logistik AG ended the 2006 financial year with sales revenues amounting to
2,642 k€ (previous year: 3,699 k€). Earnings before interest and taxes were
453 k€ (previous year 824 k€).
The Logistics Operating segment responsible for the operational
implementation of logistics processes could report a significant increase
in sales due to higher order volumes and project launches. Sales revenues
rose by 13.6 % and finally amounted to 78,169 k€ (previous year: 68,829
k€). The EBIT grew by a significant 73.3 % over the previous year to 3,923
k€ (previous year: 2,264 k€).

Personnel
In the financial year 2006, the Lila Logistik Group continued to increase
its number of employees. At the sites and plants in Germany and other
European countries, the annual average number of individuals employed
including apprentices was 971 (previous year: 896). The increased demand
for Lila Logistik services, especially abroad, can also be seen in the
regional distribution of the staff employed: 72 % worked in Germany
(previous year: 75 %), 28 % in other European countries (previous year: 25
%).

Comprehensive statement on the development in fiscal 2006
The Lila Logistik Group could finish the 2006 business year financially
successful. The annual profit improved, also due to the sale of a real
estate investment, while financial liabilities could be reduced. The
expansions of existing logistics platforms completed in the 2006 financial
year have already made positive contributions to the results.

End of the investment phase
The investment phase started in 2006 shall be completed in QIII of the
current financial year. Upon completion of the Logistics Service Center in
Poland, the first operating activities at this location will begin in about
mid-2007. The company expects the first positive contributions to the
results from the operations of this location from the end of 2007 and
throughout the 2008 financial year. Then the focus will be on an
optimization of this investment.
