Besigheim, 19. November 2007 – Müller - Die lila Logistik AG plans to sell
its real estate at its headquarters in Baden-Württemberg and then to rent
it on a long-term basis. The potential cash inflow from this sale will be
used to reduce existing liabilities and for re-investments in new projects.
In this respect, the company expects a reduction of liabilities by approx.
EUR 9 million. The prospective proceeds from the sale of the real estate
are EUR 4.6 million. As a result of this earnings effect, the company
anticipated earnings before tax are EUR 5.4 to 5.6 million.

Based on today’s plans, operational business will on balance not make any
positive contribution to the earnings before tax in the second half of the
current year.

In view of the corporate tax reform in Germany, the deferred tax
liabilities need to be re-valued in the third quarter. In addition,
revenues have shifted to group segments where tax loss carry-forwards
cannot be used. Both tax related effects have a negative influence of KEUR
346 on the quarterly result.
