On September 22, 2015, Mr Michael Müller, Germany has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Müller - Die lila Logistik AG, Besigheim-Ottmarsheim, Germany, have
exceeded the 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 22, 2015 and
on that day amounted to 83.49% (this corresponds to 6642086 Voting Rights).
83.40% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6642086 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Müller in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
