On December 22, 2008, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg Stuttgart, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG in conjunction
with Article 24 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Müller -
Die lila Logistik AG, Ferdinand-Porsche-Straße 4, Besigheim-Ottmarsheim,
Germany, ISIN DE0006214687, WKN 621468, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and
15% limit of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2008, and now amount to
16.86% (this corresponds to 1341000 Voting Rights).

Furthermore Landesbank Baden-Württemberg has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG in conjunction with Article 24 of the
WpHG that the Voting Rights of Süd-Kapitalbeteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH on
Müller - Die lila Logistik AG have undercut the 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% limit
of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2008, and now amount to 0.00% (no
Voting Rights).

In addition Landesbank Baden-Württemberg has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG in conjunction with Article 24 of the
WpHG that the Voting Rights of LBBW Spezialprodukte-Holding GmbH on Müller
- Die lila Logistik AG have undercut the 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on December 22, 2008, and now amount to 0.00% (no Voting
Rights).

Moreover Landesbank Baden-Württemberg has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Müller - Die
lila Logistik AG still exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit on December
22, 2008, and in total amount to 16.86% (this corresponds to 1341000 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG
these Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company. The Voting Rights
attributed to Landesbank Baden-Württemberg are held by the following
