Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Mulberry announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 1 April 2023 (the "Annual Report") is being posted to applicable shareholders today and is also being made available on the Company's website at www.mulberry.com/gb/investor-relations/reports

The Annual Report contains a notice (the "Notice") of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which will be held on Thursday 7 September 2023 at 11 a.m. at 30 Kensington Church Street, London W8 4HA. Shareholders are invited to attend in person and should refer to the Notice for more information.

In addition, shareholders will be invited to sign up for electronic communications which will take effect following the holding of the AGM and a deemed consent letter will be included in the Annual Report pack which is sent to shareholders.
