Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
Mulberry Group plc (AIM: MUL) (the "Company", "Mulberry" or, together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group"), the British sustainable lifestyle brand, confirms that, further to the announcements dated 10 July 2025 regarding the proposed Fundraising and Retail Offer, it has today issued a Circular to shareholders containing detail of, inter alia, the Fundraising, the Loan Notes and the Retail Offer.
The Circular includes notice of a General Meeting to be convened for 11:30a.m. on 30 July 2025 that will be held at the Company's offices at 30 Kensington Church Street, London W8 4EH. Copies of the Circular have been made available on the Company's website at www.mulberry.com/gb/investor-relations .
