Mulberry announces that its 2024 annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday, 19 November 2024 at 11.00 a.m. at 30 Kensington Church Street, London W8 4HA.

The notice of AGM (the "Notice") is being posted to applicable Mulberry shareholders and is being made available on the Company's website at www.mulberry.com/gb/investor-relations/reports

Shareholders are invited to attend the AGM in person and should refer to the Notice for more information.

Mulberry also announces that, following more than nine years as an independent non-executive director of the Company, Ms Julie Gilhart, who has come to the end of her current term, will not be seeking re-election at the AGM and will, therefore, stand down as a director following the conclusion of the AGM.
