Directorate Change

Mulberry Group plc, the English luxury brand, announces that Robin Gibson, who has been a Non-executive Director of the Company for 17 years, stepped down from the Board at a meeting held yesterday afternoon 7 May 2013.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Christophe Cornu has joined the Board at as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Christophe Cornu, 49, is Chief Commercial Officer of Nestle Nespresso SA with responsibility for the global commercial operations of the Nespresso Brand across over 50 countries worldwide. Christophe joined Nestle in 1997 and held various senior roles within the organisation before taking up his current position in February 2008. 

Godfrey Davis, Chairman said: "I would like to thank Robin for his significant contribution to Mulberry during his tenure as a Non-Executive Director and wish him well for the future.  I would also like to welcome Christophe to the Board and we look forward to working with him as we continue to build Mulberry into a global luxury brand."

Mr Cornu currently holds the following directorships:

·     President, Nespresso France

·     Director, Nespresso Italiana S.P.A

·     Director, Nestle Nespresso Beijing Ltd
