Appointment of Auditor

The Board of Mulberry (the "Board") is pleased to announce that it has decided to appoint Grant Thornton UK LLP as statutory auditor of Mulberry and its subsidiaries (the "Appointment").

The Appointment follows the completion of a competitive tender process conducted by the Board, as highlighted in the letter from the Chairman of Mulberry, dated 14 October 2020, which was sent to Mulberry shareholders and which is available on the Company's website.  

As advised in the notice of meeting dated 5 October 2020, the Appointment will now be referred to Mulberry's shareholders at the general meeting of the Company on Tuesday, 17 November 2020.
