Dissemination of a Voting Rights Announcement, transmitted by

We have been notified on March 24, 2015 of the following:
A) Maverick Capital Management, LLC., Dallas, USA, gives notice pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on March 04, 2015, Maverick Capital
Management, LLC. exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in MTU
Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Strasse 665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that date,
Maverick Capital Management, LLC. held 3.05 % of the voting rights in MTU
Aero Engines AG, arising from 1,585,939 voting rights.
The 3.05 % (1,585,939 voting rights) are attributable to Maverick Capital
Management, LLC. pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.
B) Mr. Lee S. Ainslie III, USA, gives notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1
WpHG that on March 04, 2015, Mr. Lee S. Ainslie III exceeded the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Strasse 665,
80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, Mr. Lee S. Ainslie III held 3.05 % of
the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, arising from 1,585,939 voting
rights.
The 3.05 % (1,585,939 voting rights) are attributable to Mr. Lee S. Ainslie
III pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.
