We have been notified on April 17, 2015 of the following:

A) Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden, gives notice
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On April 15, 2015, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer
Strasse 665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, Skandinaviska Enskilda
Banken AB (publ) held indirectly 4.91% of the voting rights in MTU Aero
Engines AG, arising from 2,553,413 indirect voting rights, which are
attributable to Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) pursuant to sec. 22
para.1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) has further notified, that SEB AG
as controlled undertaking holds 3% or more.
