notice pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:

On February 05, 2013, FIL Investments International felt below the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG,
Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Investments
International held 4.90% of the vo-ting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding
AG arising from 2,547,060 voting rights.

4.90% (2,547,060 voting rights) are attributable to FIL Investments
International pur-suant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

B. FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda gives notice pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG of the following:

On February 05, 2013, FIL Limited felt below the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995
Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 4.90% of the voting rights
in MTU Aero Engines Hold-ing AG arising from 2,547,060 voting rights.
