pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on March 27, 2013 the voting rights
in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amount to
3.05% (1,584,260 voting rights) as per this date.

3.05% (1,584,260 voting rights) are attributable to Franklin Templeton
