Investec Asset Management Limited, London, United Kingdom, gives notice
pursuant to sec. 21. para. 1 WpHG that on May 15, 2013 the voting rights in
MTU Aero Engines Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amount to
2.99% (1,557,292 voting rights).

2.99% (1,557,292 voting rights) are attributable to Investec Asset
Management Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sent. 1 no. 6.
