notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On May 23, 2013, FIL Investments International crossed the threshold of 5%
of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Straße 665, 80995
München, Germany. On that date, FIL Investments International held 5.03% of
the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG arising from 2,616,047 voting
rights.

5.03% (2,616,047 voting rights) are attributable to FIL Investments
International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

B. FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom gives notice
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On May 23, 2013, FIL Holdings Limited crossed the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Straße 665, 80995 München,
Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 5.03% of the voting rights
in MTU Aero Engines AG arising from 2,616,047 voting rights.

5.03% (2,616,047 voting rights) are attributable to FIL Holdings Limited
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

C. FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda gives notice pursuant to section 21
para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On May 23, 2013, FIL Limited crossed the threshold of 5% of the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Straße 665, 80995 München, Germany.
On that date, FIL Limited held 5.03% of the voting rights in MTU Aero
Engines AG arising from 2,616,047 voting rights.
