section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On August 07, 2013 Schroder Administration Limited exceeded the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Strasse 665,
80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, Schroder Administration Limited held
3.01% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, arising from 1,566,796
voting rights.
