We have been notified on December 3, 2013 of the following:

Sun Life Financial Inc., Toronto, Canada gives notice pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG that on November 28, 2013 the voting rights in MTU Aero
Engines AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich, Germany exceeded the
threshold of 5% and amount to 5.77 % (2,998,494 voting rights) as per this
date.

Of these aforementioned voting rights 5.31% (2,762,090 voting rights) are
attributable to Sun Life Financial Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and 0.45% (236,404 voting rights) are
attributable to Sun Life Financial Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG.
