pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on November 19, 2012 the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amount to 3.03% (1,577,052 voting rights) as per this date.

3.03% (1,577,052 voting rights) are attributable to Investec Asset
Management Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6.
