pursuant to sec. 21. para. 1 WphHG that on November 29, 2012 the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG felt below the threshold of 3% and
amount to 2.99% (1,559,657 voting rights).

2.99% (1,559,657 voting rights) are attributable to Investec Asset
Management Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sent. 1 no 6.
