Uns wurde mit Schreiben vom 5. Februar 2010 folgendes mitgeteilt:

1. Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc., Toronto/Montreal, Canada, gives notice
   pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 30 January 2007 the voting rights
   in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3 % and amount
   to 2,92 % (1.606.264 voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 (0,16 %, 87.440 voting rights)
and pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG (2,76 %, 1.518.824 voting rights).

1. Gryphon International Investment Corporation, Toronto/Ontario, Canada,
   gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 30 January 2007 the
   voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3
   % and amount to 2,92 (1.606.264 voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to Gryphon International Investment
Corporation pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 (2,76 %, 1.518.824
voting rights) and pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG (0,16 %, 87.440 voting
rights).
