   fell below the threshold of 5 % and amount to 4.99 % (2,596,020 voting
   rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. BlackRock Holdco 6 LLC, New York, USA, gives notice pursuant to sec. 21
   para. 1 WpHG that on 21 May 2010 the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines
   Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3 % and amount to 2.67 % (1,388,084
   voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 6 LLC pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, USA, gives notice pursuant
   to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 21 May 2010 the voting rights in MTU Aero
   Engines Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3 % and amount to 2.16 %
   (1,125,524 voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
