Uns wurde am 2. August 2010 folgendes mitgeteilt:

Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA, gives notice pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 WpHG that on 28 July 2010 the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines
Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amount to 3,01 % (1,567,476
voting rights) as per this date.

3,01 % (1,567,476 voting rights) are attributable to Ameriprise Financial
Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG. 0,08 % (43,994 voting rights) of these voting rights are also
attributable according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
