MTU Aero Engines AG: MTU Aero Engines AG appoints new CEO
Munich, December 17, 2024 | At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of MTU Aero Engines AG resolved to appoint Dr. Johannes Bussmann as Chief Executive Officer of MTU Aero Engines AG effective with resignation of the current Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lars Wagner. Dr. Bussmann is to assume this function in the near future. This is the Supervisory Board’s response to the announcement by CEO Lars Wagner that he will not be extending his mandate, which runs until December 31, 2025.
