Sub: Disclosure under Reg. 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2018 - for receipt of Purchase orders worth Rs. 2278.96 Crores.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we hereby inform the Exchanges that the Company has received a Purchase orders valued at USD 238.76 million at an exchange rate of Rs. 95.50/- (Rs. 2278.96 Crores).
