Malcolm Gold Project

Under-explored project that area has been consolidated for the first time by a single owner

==> picture [56 x 68] intentionally omitted <==

==> picture [538 x 380] intentionally omitted <==

Limited modern systematic exploration over prospect areas due to fragmented historical ownership

  • Majority of tenements acquired from Local Prospectors

  • KKTZ is largely concealed beneath transported regolith and soil it has only seen shallow drilling presenting an opportunity for further exploration success

  • “Old workings” exploited high grade (>20g/t gold) portions of veining systems but did not pursue other styles of gold mineralisation

Nine major prospect areas identified across the western margin of the KKTZ comprising 150 mineral tenements spread over ~274km[2] including:

  • Mt George

  • Emu Egg

  • Rabbit Warren and Germatong

  • Pig Well

  • Sunday to Picnic shear zone

  • Malcolm Dam – including Golden Crown and Malcolm King

  • Malcolm Mining Centre – including the Black Cap Shear Zone, Dumbartons and Dover Castle

  • Mt Stewart – including Paleochannel

  • Calypso

Clear strategy to add shareholder value via:

  • Targeting immediate resource opportunities at advanced prospects – Calypso, Dover Castle, Dumbartons and SundayPicnic Shear Zone; Calypso exploration target (refer to Slide 7 for further details).

  • Test pipeline of regional targets with high-grade walk up drill targets – i.e. Golden Crown intersections including 4m @ 10.4 g/t Au (32-36m)

  • Discovered by BHP in the 1980s as a shallow dipping gold deposit mineralisation associated with a variety of NNW trending sedimentary rock types and faulting

  • Multiple owners followed with inconsistent strategy for this ore style

  • Mineralisation occurs along a sheared BIF/conglomerate contact

  • Mineralisation open in all directions

  • Historical drill intersections from BHP, North and Torian and include:

  • MAD009 5m @ 4.78 g/t Au (10-16m)

  • MAD003 multiple +1.0g/t narrow intersections with 14.9m @ 1.55 g/t Au (190.5-205.4m) near EOH

  • MAD015 37m @ 1.02 g/t Au (8-45m)

==> picture [56 x 68] intentionally omitted <==

Sunday-Picnic Shear Zone target

  • Located on the Picnic Shear in the centre of the Project area covering regional scale shearing associated with the KKTZ. The NNW shear zones are traceable over 5km and display numerous anomalous drill intercepts and anomalous soil geochemistry along the structure.

  • Gold mineralisation is associated with sheared lithological contacts or close to sheared lithological contacts

  • Historic channel sampling at Sunday returned:

  • 2m @ 108 g/t Au, 1.75m @ 73.1 g/t Au and 3m @ 17.18 g/t Au.

  • RC drill results (Pacrim Energy 2007) include:

  • PNRC002 2m @ 35.35 g/t Au (89-91m) Quartz vein incl. 1m @ 49.5 g/t Au

  • PNRC005 3m @ 1.09 g/t Au (52-55m) Felsic schist, with trace to 20% quartz

  • Multiple shear zone structure with high grade drill intercepts requiring follow-up

  • Strategy – initial 5,000m AC drilling programme planning commenced to systematically test shear systems within the prospect

11

Advanced Prospects

Strong anomalism with further drilling required to define target limits

==> picture [352 x 398] intentionally omitted <==

Emu Egg

  • Emu Egg prospects proximity to the KKTZ provides a favourable stratigraphic and structural setting for gold mineralisation where higher gold values appear spatially associated with the higher more prominent magnetic signatures.

• The Southern gold prospect (right image) in the project area occurs as a northwest – southeast-trending anomaly between several subtle roughly north –south structures, which are defined by smaller, but significant gold-in-auger soil anomalies surrounding (1,300m x 200m) gold-in-soil anomaly peaking at 534 ppm Au.

  • Higher order drill intersections include 2m @ 14.70g/t Au (1618m) in EEGRC7 and 34m @ 1.20g/t Au (28-62m) in BMRC34.

  • Better drill intersections - Gilt Edge (1995-2002) include:

  • BRRB026; 4-11m, 7m @ 2.0g/t Au

  • BRRB030; 15-19m, 4m @ 1.3g/t Au

  • BRRB056; 27-34m, 7m @ 2.6g/t Au

  • BRRC002; 36-39m, 3m @ 2.08g/t Au

  • BRRC003; 40-43m, 3m @ 1.48g/t Au

  • BRRC004; 33-34m, 1m @ 2.15g/t Au and

  • BBRC004; 65-67m, 2m @ 1.57g/t Au

==> picture [56 x 68] intentionally omitted <==

Emu Egg South gold-in-soil anomaly, with delineated structural trends

12

Additional Exploration Prospects Undertaking focused and systematic exploration

==> picture [56 x 68] intentionally omitted <==

Keith Kilkenny Tectonic Zone

  • The Keith-Kilkenny Tectonic Zone (KKTZ) is a significant regional structural dislocation that is traceable over 300km and up to 5km wide in places. The structure is a disjointed fault/shear riddled zone that hosts numerous gold and nickel mines dotted along its entire length. The megastructure, including associated splay faulting, is regarded as a deepseated mantle tapping lineation and a regional conduit for mineralised fluids.

Regional Targets at Mt George and Mt Germatong

  • Soils and historic drill intercepts require follow up at both locations with data base compilation, structural and soil geochemistry being the initial focus followed by drilling programmes to determine extent and nature of mineral occurrences.

Magnetic Features

  • Provides delineation of structural trends and lithological contacts which is important as they tend to be zones of transposition of bedding into foliation and are also zones of relatively higher deformation contrasts. The left or right stepping flexures in shears, zones of shear zone bifurcation or shear zone width also appear to play an important role on the distribution of gold mineralisation within the shear regime. Gold mineralisation is primarily structurally controlled and often on or close to lithological contacts
