'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas' has been the basic theme of 'Modi Sarkaar' since 2014. True to their words not just in spirit, but also in action; the current Government of India has been actively promoting Public-Private-Partnerships in the field of Education under the dynamic leadership of our beloved Hon. Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji. Encouraged by the various landmark reforms in the field of Education such as Skill India, Digital India, Beti Bachao - Beti Padhao, Sakshar Bharat; we at MT Educare Ltd. have also been actively participating in the creation of 'New India' marching towards 2022 as envisaged by Modi Sarkaar. MT Educare Ltd. & its subsidiaries have been actively participating in two important spheres of Education - Coaching & Skill Development training.

Capitalizing on our immense strength (of MTEL group) in creating top rankers as well as ensure that all students / masses across the spectrum perform to the best of their potential in national-level competitive entrance exams, we have been effectively implementing certain key coaching projects (since 2015-16) for the Central & State Governments through our in-house & well-established academic team. Our aim is to ensure that quality entrance exam coaching reaches the most downtrodden section of the society across the remotest rural parts of India spread across Kutch to Kamrup. We are currently coaching almost 12,000+ students during the financial year 2018-19 for various competitive entrance exams like JEE, NEET, CET, CA Foundation, MBA Entrance, Bank PO & allied Civil services across six states of India. Considering the compulsion of taking national level entrance exams for all students (almost 20,00,000+ total aspirants) across the country, we potentially intend to take this initiative to each & every state of our country in the next few years thereby increasing the current revenues and student strength by almost four-fold by 2022.

Skill Development & Entrepreneurship training has been another area of focus for the MT-UVA team of MTEL group. Self-Employment oriented courses with special focus on Entrepreneurship in the sectors of Accounting, IT & ITES and Apparels; have been our work area in the recent years. MT Educare Ltd. & its subsidiaries will be training almost 20,000+ trainees / beneficiaries across nine states of India, including the remotest parts of North East in the spectrum of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. This again has a potential of increasing by leaps & bounds in the next few years with the Govt. of India creating a special Ministry for Entrepreneurship & Skill Development and envisioning a target of training crores of Indian youth by 2022.

Financially, the most promising / heartening aspect for MTEL group is that for most of the Coaching Projects, the company is empanelled for the forthcoming financial year as well; thereby giving a good possibility of repeat orders for FY 2019-20. In case of large scale Skill Development & Entrepreneurship training projects, which the company has successfully bagged in H2 of the current year; major portion of the training program (duration) is expected to spill over in next financial year thereby giving a huge fillip to YoY growth rate of the company. By end of 3rd quarter of current financial year, revenues generated by MTEL group from MT-UVA division, is only around Rs. 10 Crores. The

projects which are under the process of execution are worth more than 100 crores, hence MTEL group is now assured of fantastic growth in MT - UVA division in terms of revenues from those existing projects for FY 2019-20. The potential for additional / new projects makes it extremely promising segment for the company's growth in the coming years.
