Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Sujeet Chaudhary has resigned from the statutory position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of September 30th, 2021 due to personal reasons and the same has been accepted by the Board of Directors vide Circular resolution passed on September 30[th] , 2021.
Accordingly, Mr. Sujeet Chaudhary has ceased to be the CFO of the Company w.e.f September 30[th] , 2021.
