I) Brief Profile of Mr. Siddhartha Haldar:

He is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and has extensive work experience of 15+ years in managing a wide spectrum of financial activities encompassing financial reporting and MIS, consolidation, IFRS & Ind-AS, financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, finance process transformation, coordinating with auditors (Big4s) across Automobile, Supply chain, Logistics, Mining and Financial Services Industries in India & in Indonesia. Demonstrated notable skills in managing whole gamut of accounting and reporting of 2(two) strategic subsidiaries of Tata Motors, leveraged ERP to establish link between actual Indirect expenses PO (purchase order) and budget to check the spending at inception stage and drove major cost saving projects (~USD 2 Mn+) that benefited the company immensely.

He has served as Co-Founder and Financial Advisor in a Start-up Company on developing sustainable solutions across various platforms using innovative methods of waste management to create positive impact on environment and the lives of farmers by producing a range of products with agricultural wastes.

Previously he has served as General Manage Finance DM-Finance & Accounts at PT Dharma Henwa YBK. Indonesia for about One year, had also served as Divisional Manager as well as CFO in TATA Motors Limited as well as his Subsidiary Company for almost Six Year.
