This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of MT Educare Limited (Company) at its meeting held today by Video Conference i.e., on April 13, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 5.50 p.m. pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 that Mr. Mahesh Shetty (DIN: 01526975) has resigned from the position of Whole Time Director of the Company. The resignation was received and tabled before the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e April 13, 2020 and accepted by the Board w.e.f the closing hours of April 10, 2020. However, Mr. Mahesh Shetty continues to be the promoter of the Company and offered to mentor, guide and advise the Company.
