I) Brief Profile of Mr. Sunil Jain:

Has extensive work experience of 15 years in the fields of Finance, Budgeting, Compliances, Due diligence. He is a qualified Chartered Accountants and has served at a top management capacity as Deputy General Manager in multi-disciplinary & diversified experience in providing leadership across Financial, Commercial and IT Functions with consistent record of delivering results in cost-savings, operational performance and profitability. He had experience of heading the process transition Functions, planning, new project feasibility, financial & strategic direction for financial restructuring and turnaround of Company.

He has served as DGM- Finance & Accounts at Silver Spark Apparel Limited (Raymond Group) Since Last Ten Years and has core Competencies in the field of Strategic Finance & Accounts & Commercial, Financial Planning & Controllership, Budgeting, forecasting & Costing, Accounts payables & receivables, Financial Risk Assessment & Mitigation, Cash Flow & Fund Management, Management Reporting & Decision-Making, Taxation, Audits & Compliance etc..

Previously he has served as DM-Finance & Accounts at Metso Minerals India Private Limited for a year and also served as Assistant Manager in Viraj Profiles Limited for about four year.
