Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding Resignation of Independent Director and Reconstitution of Committee/s

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we inform you that Dr. Sangeeta Pandit (DIN: 06748608), has resigned from the position of Independent Director from the Company's Board of Directors and Committee/s with effect from the close of business hours of October 01, 2019. The same has been accepted by the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution passed on October 3, 2019. The Board places on record their appreciation for the guidance and support provided by Dr. Sangeeta Pandit during her association with the Company as an Independent Director.

Disclosure with regard to change in Director is given herein under:-

This disclosure is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The said confirmation is enclosed herewith.

Further, on account of resignation of Dr. Sangeeta Pandit, the Board vide Circular Resolution dated October 03, 2019 have accorded their approval for reconstituting the committee/s of the Company w.e.f. October 3, 2019 as below:
