Sub: Intimation of Board meeting

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of the board of directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 25[th] June, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021 and to recommend dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any.

Further, in terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was intimated / informed to the Stock Exchanges vide letter No. MSTC/CS/SE/226 dated 26[th] March, 2021 that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021.

In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2021 to 27th June, 2021

Intimation of the notice of the Board meeting to the Stock Exchange will also be available on the Company’s website at www.mstcindia.co.in.
