MS INTERNATIONAL plc (the "Company") announces that it intends to release its half year results for the six months ended 31 October 2025 on 14th January 2026. This date is line with the Board's recent decision to allow more time for the preparation of results going forward given the Company's significant growth in recent years.

The Board looks forward to updating shareholders on the Company's performance and outlook at that time.
