SourceBio International plc has been notified that on 20 October 2021, Harwood Capital LLP made the following notifiable transactions; (i) Harwood Capital LLP transferred 5,453,161 and 655,164 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx") and North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc ("NASCIT"), respectively; and (ii) Harwood Capital LLP disposed of 1,399,517 Ordinary Shares.
Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director of the Company is Chief Executive of Harwood Capital LLP and has control of investment decisions in relation to Oryx and NASCIT. Following the transactions, Harwood Capital LLP and Christopher Mills are beneficially interested in 20,275,680 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
